What Is Emotion Code?*
Break free from emotional baggage. Release trapped emotions and shattered Heart-Walls that could be holding you back from optimal health and happiness.
People ask me: “What is the Emotion Code?”
I would like to explain it to you very quickly. If you look at your hand for example, your hand looks solid. And if you could magnify your hand a million times, you’d see that your hand is actually made of atoms and if look inside of an atom you’d see there’s nothing in there, but empty space and energy and that’s really what we are. We’re really beings of pure energy. You are a being of pure energy.
Now in your past you’ve had times where you’ve experienced intense emotions of maybe sadness or depression or anger or resentment and frustration and so on. During these times what happens is that we are actually feeling the vibration of these emotions.
Every emotion has a specific vibration energy and frequency. And so if you’re feeling an intense emotion your whole body may take on that vibration. And it’s during those times that that energy can become stuck in your body so that even after that event is over and you’ve moved on, part of that event is still with you. We call that a trapped emotion. And a trapped emotion is a little ball of energy from about the size of a baseball to about the size of a cantaloupe.
And wherever these trapped emotions lodge in the body,
they will do two things:
1. They will distort the normal energy field of your body and because that’s all your body is an energy field when you distort that energy field, you interfere with the body’s ability to function normally and that can cause pain. It can cause malfunction of your organs and glands. It eventually can lead to serious problems such as cancer.
2. We believe there’s another problem when emotions are trapped in the body. Your body is literally feeling that specific emotion all the time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for years, and even for decades. So when a situation arises, you might have a tendency to feel that trapped emotion. For example, if that emotion is anger, you’ll slide right into that emotion much more readily or much more easily than you otherwise would.
And so this is the reason why when a trapped emotion is removed, oftentimes it changes how people feel. It changes the emotions that tend to well up inside of certain people who experience certain events that otherwise would seem to just go away.
These trapped emotions are contributing to problems like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, and self-sabotage of all kinds. Trapped emotions are also the primary and underlying cause of PTSD. These trapped emotions also contribute to the high divorce rate that we have in our world. And on a larger level, these trapped emotions contribute to the strife and the anxiety to the world as a whole. So getting rid of these emotions is a very important thing to do not only for yourself, but also for our planet.

Why our brain is like an iceberg.
“We know that 90% of an iceberg is hidden beneath the surface of the water, while only 10% is visible above the surface … Just like an iceberg, our mind is comprised of two parts: the part that’s visible (above the surface) and the part that’s hidden (below the surface).
Instead of the water line, let's call the line that separates the two parts of your mind the Line of Consciousness. And we'll call the visible 10 percent your Conscious Mind, and the hidden 90% your Subconscious Mind.
Another word for Conscious is intentional, because it represents choice.
Your Subconscious is a vast collection of unintentional, habitual thoughts, behaviors, & actions. Therefore, the phrase that best describes the Subconscious mind is no choice.” - Noah St. John
“The Subconscious typically refers to the part of the mind that influences thoughts and behaviors without conscious awareness. It includes things like automatic habits, emotions, and memories that may not be in your immediate awareness but can still impact your actions.” – Kelly Blakey
The Emotion Code Chart
The Emotion Code Chart is used to find your trapped emotions. This Chart shows 60-trapped emotions and the organ or gland that the trapped emotion is attached to. A gland is a type of organ that secretes various hormones into the blood to target and affect other organs. Glands can also affect how you feel.
Each trapped emotion can cause one of your organs or glands to malfunction thus interfering with your body’s ability to function normally. Remember, these trapped emotions are made of harmful energy and they can exert a negative influence on the body’s physical tissues. Releasing these trapped emotions along with other energy imbalances can create the proper conditions for the body and mind to start and/or continue the healing process.
What is the Heart-Wall?
“The first step toward healing from anxiety and depression is to remove the Heart-Wall.” – Dr. Bradley Nelson
Feel Better.
Live More.
The Heart-Wall can be removed to allow us to again start creating abundance and joyfulness in our lives.
Removing the Heart-Wall is essential.
Heart-Walls are like bomb shelters, great for short-term protection but eventually you need to get out for some fresh air! Not seeing the light of day for months or years may end up causing further sadness and physical discomfort. Heart-Walls do not dissolve on their own, even if you don’t need it anymore.
Releasing the Heart-Wall and other trapped traumatic emotions allows you
to heal your life physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically.
The Heart-Wall sessions provide specific methods to tackle times of emotional pain or distress, when your heart can be truly injured or hurt. This is so important. The heart is one of the largest organs in the body and the brain takes orders from the heart. Energy from the heart is so strong it can be measured as far as twelve feet away from the body, including above and below us.
It usually takes a few sessions to clear the Heart-Wall completely. Accordingly, I recommend a package of 3 sessions to start and periodic maintenance sessions. Most people I work with schedule regularly to keep balanced and in a healthy vibe.
What is muscle testing
and how is it used to identify imbalances?
Muscle testing is a noninvasive tool that we can use to identify imbalances in the body using the Emotion Code Chart. The science behind it is similar to a lie detector test or a polygraph. In a polygraph, a person is hooked up to sensitive electrodes and asked certain questions. The person's answers generate a certain electrical response in the body, which is read and graphed by the machine, showing if the answers are true or false. This is done on a very delicate scale.
The muscles of the body are also affected by this electrical state - so we can use them to show this same response, just on a more pronounced, larger scale. Any muscle will become weakened in a state of incongruence or falsehood, making resistance difficult. Conversely, muscles will remain strong and able to resist when in a state of congruence or truth. What's nice is that muscle testing allows us to access important information about health, we just have to know what questions to ask, then apply the resistance to a muscle and get our answers!" After we find the trapped emotion we use a magnet to release it.
There is a sequence using The Emotion Code Chart.
The Emotion Code can be done with a practitioner or by yourself.
-
Ask: Do You/I have a trapped emotion we/I can release now?
-
Determine the correct column. A or B?
-
Determine the correct row. Odd or even numbers? Test all 3 rows. 1,3, 5. Or 2, 4, 6.
-
Determine the exact emotion. Test all five issues to find the trapped emotion.
-
Ask optional questions:
Ask: When it occurred?
Ask: Whose emotion this was? (Was it inherited?)
Ask: Where is it lodged?
6. Ask: Did we release that trapped emotion?
How do we release a trapped emotion?
Just like a magnifying glass will intensify sunlight enough to start a fire, magnets can act as an amplifier for the energy of your thought and intention, enough to produce a change in the body. The intentions and thoughts we have are energy. Magnets are energy. Your body is energy. Because of this, one can have an effect on the other.
When we identify a trapped emotion and if nothing else needs to be discovered we release the emotion by swiping a magnet along the Governing Meridian 3 times, unless it is an inherited emotion. [Inherited trapped emotions are passed down to us from our parents and they may have inherited trapped emotions from their parents that can go back multiple generations.] In that case, we swipe the magnet 10 times. We always check to confirm that the energy is gone afterwards.
What is the Governing Meridian and how does it apply to the Emotion Code?
A simple definition is that meridians are channels that allow energy to flow through the physical being. The Governing Meridian runs along the center of the body, from the tailbone up over the top of the head, to the top lip. Because it is connected to every other meridian throughout the body, it is a powerful way to access the body’s energy.
When using the Emotion Code and Body Code, practitioners will clear energetic blockages, imbalances, and trapped emotions from the Governing Meridian. This is typically done by first identifying the specific energy that is causing an issue, then swiping a magnet along the Governing Meridian. Since the body is made of electromagnetic energy, the use of a magnet can attract the energy of the imbalance, essentially pulling the blockage from the body.”
